We've answered the most common questions about our services, process and pricing. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact us.
01. General
It depends on the scope. Single-page landing 5–7 days, corporate site 2–3 weeks, e-commerce 4–6 weeks, mobile app 6–12 weeks. The exact timeline is determined after a free discovery call and guaranteed in the contract.
We work on fixed-price contracts. No extra charges after the agreement. We charge per project delivery, not per hour — your budget is clear from the start. Use our contact page for a free discovery call.
Yes. We have clients in Europe and the Middle East. Meetings are held via Zoom/Google Meet; documentation is in English and Turkish. We run international projects with multi-language and multi-currency support.
All our projects start with a written contract. The contract clearly states the scope, milestones, delivery dates, payment conditions and guarantees. NDA and privacy agreements can also be signed.
Yes, we offer WordPress + WooCommerce solutions for small-budget corporate sites and blogs. However, if performance, scalability or customisation is a priority, we recommend Next.js + headless CMS.
All our designs are original. Our in-house UI/UX designers create a bespoke design in Figma aligned with your brand identity. We don't use templates. If you already have a design, we can certainly develop from it.
SEO is a long-term process. Significant ranking improvements are generally seen within 3–6 months, and peak results are reached around 12 months. Competition level, existing authority and content quality all affect the timeline. We provide transparent monthly reports.
03. Process & Working Style
4 steps: (1) Discovery call (30 min, free), (2) Detailed proposal and contract, (3) Agile development — weekly demos and live staging, (4) Production launch + 3 months free maintenance. See the services page for details.
Of course. 3 major revisions during the design phase and unlimited minor fixes during development are free. Out-of-scope additions are quoted separately — nothing extra is accepted without a new quote.
Yes, 100% yours. The GitHub repository is under your account; hosting, domain and SSL certificates are acquired in your name. You can leave us at any time and continue with another team. No lock-in.
The contract includes a delay penalty clause. For delays caused by us, a daily rate is deducted. However, all 120+ of our projects to date have been delivered on time.
04. Payment & Maintenance
Typically 40% upfront, 30% at milestone, 30% on delivery — 3 instalments. For smaller projects 50/50 is possible. Payment via bank transfer, credit card or corporate invoice. An official invoice is issued for all payments.
All projects come with a 3-month free maintenance guarantee. During this period, bug fixes, minor updates and technical consulting are free. You can then continue with flexible monthly packages (basic / pro / enterprise).
Yes, we have a 24/7 emergency support line. Pro and Enterprise maintenance packages guarantee a response within 4 hours, and within 1 hour for critical uptime issues.
